We were blessed with fine weather for our Big Lunch on 18th July. Jointly organised by Burghfield Residents Association and St Mary's, we enjoyed good food, good company, cricket, football, a quiz and some highly entertaining team games.

 

Thank you to everyone who helped organise the event and to all those who came. The Big Lunch is a nationwide initiative from the Eden Project in Cornwall and latest estimates indicate more than a million people took part across the UK.
