The quiet garden at Love's close runs as a resource for the Parish Church, offering quiet days once a month from March to July and two more in the autumn. Affiliated to the Quiet Gardens Trust, it provides a sanctuary of stillness and refreshment and a place for prayer and hospitality.

Quiet days run from 10am until 3pm.  We open with a welcome and short meditation, then guests are free to enjoy the quietness of the house and garden, where you may explore the seclusion of the summer house, the ponds and sounds of running water, or the scents and textures of the herb garden.

The garden is popular and numbers are limited, so booking in advance is essential.  There is no set charge, but donations in the region of £6 for a day help to offset running costs.
